At Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic, we believe you are more than a doctor, and we are more than a job. As an FQHC, we are a patient-centered medical home dedicated to serving our communities. Taking care of a patient's health means caring for them with compassion. We treat our patients how they want to be treated, regardless of where they live, where they are from, or what they can pay. Our doors are open to all, regardless of their citizenship status.
Yakima County, known as Washington's fruit basket, supports many families with its bountiful harvest. This includes leading exports of hops, as well as apples, grapes, cherries, and asparagus. The region is also home to numerous breweries, wineries, and cider houses. This rich agriculture supports the livelihoods of migrant farmworkers, warehouse workers, transportation and food industries, and sustainable farm-to-table programs. To maintain healthy communities, Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is committed to providing accessible healthcare, education, and information about our services.
Our neighborhood centers provide affordable, high-quality care for families, from kids to grandparents. We offer assistance for various situations, such as first-time moms, toothaches, medication for homebound grandparents, and guidance on healthy food choices. Additionally, we support job search efforts and help ensure warm homes during winter. We are dedicated to serving our communities.
All in one place. We are who we are because of our migrant farmworkers. These short clips share a glimpse of our dedication to our communities, our health, and our families:
WE are Yakima - WE are Family
