We are looking for individuals with open availability, experience in managing 10
staff members, handling cash deposits, marketing, inventory ordering and procurement, and 2 plus years of being a barista.
In addition to the previous mentioned experience we are looking for an individual who is trustworthy, reliable, driven, self motivating, and outgoing.

Responsibilities:
Uses a Point of Sale system to record the order and compute the amount of the bill.
Collects payment from guests and makes change.
Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders.
Provide an example of hard work and great work ethic to team members.
Prepares food and drinks neatly, according to the Crave formula, and in a timely manner.
Checks products in the unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
Cleans and maintains all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image.
Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as outlined in the Crave Coffee Operations Manual.
Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the Crave Coffee Handbook.
Ability to manage effectively 10 plus stuff members while in addition to completing additional managerial tasks assigned to the Assistant Manager.
Understands and applies basic marketing techniques.
Performs light paperwork duties as assigned such as inventory, gift cards and other items that a manager may assign a barista to complete.
Qualifications:
Ability to listen and communicate effectively Able to multitask efficiently Current food handler's card Transportation to and from work 18 years of age or older Graduated High School or GED program Open availability, morning, mid and closing shifts Mon-Sun until training has been completed.
Must have open availability after training in addition to the before mentioned availability during training.
(All training is completed in the Greater Yakima area locations).
Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of a assigned shift and move freely throughout the restaurant Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs Looking for candidates that are looking for employment for a long term basis only (6 months plus) Prefer a Associates Degree or higher in Business Management or equivalent degree Prefer 2 plus years as a barista Prefer 2 plus years with management experience.
