FRONT ST, YAKIMA A Customer Service Associate is a highly motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter; responsible for greeting and assisting customers in-store and over the phone, handling customer questions, processing customer purchases, keeping inventory up to date and maintaining cleanliness of the facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet customers and inquire about their needs Take inventory, stock, and restock merchandise Advise customers and assist when needed to locate or replace product Operate cash register and assist customers in purchasing items Work with other team members and leaders to ensure a high-quality customer experience Assist with preparations for displays/windows/etc.
Clean, clear, and keep store tidy Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner Work well with a team Ability to problem solve and effectively multi-task A strong self-starter with the ability to stay on task despite disruption or distraction Handles stressful situations well and quickly finds and implements solutions Experience in agriculture, pets and/or livestock preferred but not required Fill propane tanks-training provided Operate forklift-training provided Qualifications High school diploma Exceptional customer service and people skills Point of Sale Capable of lifting and carrying 50lbs Customer Service experience a plus Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
