11603 Leads and supervises a team in providing a wide variety of administrative and operations support to the HR Department.
Ensures the department's needs are met by overseeing policy application, employee information and data maintenance, reporting, auditing, training, and regulatory compliance, from an HR Operations perspective.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities/Duties Coaches, mentors, and trains direct report staff.
Provides continuous performance management and conducts employee performance evaluations.
Addresses performance and/or behavior issues, clarifying expectations and providing feedback.
Supports staff growth and development.
Assesses the educational and experience needs of all levels of staff in collaboration with the individual.
Encourages staff to seek educational opportunities incorporating job related training in addition to mandatory training.
Participates in the recruitment and selection of staff.
Provides orientation to outline job requirements and expectations, policies and procedures, and proper use of tools and equipment.
Supervises and maintains the daily flow of HR Operations, acting as a liaison between staff and Director of HR Operations.
Responsible for providing training to new employees and existing staff when needed to ensure consistency and compliance with legal and accrediting body requirements.
Defines and implements metrics to analyze data, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Develops and maintains a variety of standard reports to monitor and audit HR Operations processes and procedures.
Provides constructive feedback to HR Operations team members based on audit findings.
Establishes and maintains processes for the creation and maintenance of employee personnel files.
Offers guidance and support to HR Operations team members, supervisors, and employees on HR Operations issues, procedures, and questions.
Compiles, verifies, signs, and organizes HR-related forms and documents, including personnel changes and payroll processing.
Monitors and tracks the annual performance management information for Providers.
Creates reports identifying status of evaluation completion and follows up with management to ensure performance evaluation content is in compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations.
Monitors and processes Provider engagement conversations.
Processes unemployment claims in accordance with state requirements.
Oversees and manages the process of monitoring, tracking, and notifying employees when documents required per the job description are set to expire.
Monitors and reports on HR Operations trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR Operations initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Assists with federal and state human resource-related compliance and organizational audits, including file reviews.
Provides audit support to the HR Department to ensure compliance with Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and The Joint Commission (TJC) requirements.
Performs other supervisor duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or related area.
Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area, and two additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
High School Diploma or GED and four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
Experience:
Two years of work experience in a Human Resources department, including one year of experience supervising staff.
