- Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate records - Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and tax withholdings.
Serve as back up to payroll administrator - Support accounts payable function by processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payment, and reconciling statements - Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies - Provide clerical support such as filing documents, organizing records, and maintaining databases Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting or related field - Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping - Familiarity with payroll processing and understanding of relevant regulations - Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting - Excellent mathematical skills with attention to detail for accurate calculations - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines Note:
