Administrative Assistant Year-round position supporting our team of instructors.
You can work from our Yakima or Richland location.
Position will start at part-time but will work into full-time.
Qualifications:

Experience in Customer Service Experience with Microsoft Office Programs.
Microsoft MOS certifications or willing to obtain certification.
Knowledge of Accounting Fundamentals and QuickBooks.
The ability to work with a variety of personalities and computing levels.
Must be organized and able to handle a variety of deadlines with patience.
Candidate will need business writing skills, ability to monitor and use various software and online platforms to manage and monitor student activity.
Assist in administrative office duties as well as daily contact with remote and in person students.
SALARY Starting at $18

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
