Revenue Cycle Representative I - Health Information Management

Actual pay rate will be calculated based on relevant years of experience and education/certification requirements.
ROLE SUMMARYProvides patient revenue management support throughout the revenue cycle that are transactional and productivity-based.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESHealth Information Management Rep I Assembles medical records in correct chart order according to policy and procedure.
Scans medical records into the electronic medical record system.
Verifies quality and accuracy of scanned documents into the electronic medical records system Maintains security of protected health information.
Manages in-error process.
Continually seeks innovative ways to improve process, procedures and workflows, and actively learns new processes.
Achieves set key performance indicator targets.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSEducation:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience:
Experience in a medical office setting preferred.
Understanding of medical terminology and medical coding preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
