Summary Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist Group Management & Marketing team Set up new groups Evaluate & prepare group census' to determine eligibility for group coverage Follow up to fulfill carrier requirements as needed Provided support to agents Assist Commissions department Data entry of commission received Process and monitor incoming commissions Reconcile statements with receipts Organize & file all documents Assist New Business department as needed Data entry of new applications Update status of pending applications Download data from carrier websites Monitor processing of data files from carriers Assist Contracting & Licensing department as needed Pull terminated agent files and box in storage Digitize paper records Manage various mailboxes Review and distribute as appropriate File Answer phone and route calls as needed Schedule supply orders as needed Supervisory Responsibilities None Skills Experience and proficiency with excel required Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email Language English Mathematical Skills Strong math skills required Reasoning Ability Moderate Computer Skills Microsoft Office, Excel, Acrobat Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Bookkeeping, filing, Microsoft Office, customer service, scheduling, office administration Education High School Diploma required Integrity offers you the opportunity to start a career in a family-like environment that is rewarding and cutting edge.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
