Responsibilities:
As a Mitigation Project Coordinator, you'll be the linchpin between our valued clients and our dynamic project management team.
Your duties will include:
Building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring clear communication for proposals and project-related matters.
Handling phone inquiries, efficiently processing new jobs, and orchestrating seamless scheduling and communication with customers.
Aiding the Project Management team in executing contracts and managing essential documentation.
Overseeing daily customer correspondence, scheduling technicians and subcontractors, and ensuring all required documentation is collected.
Coordinating job site set-up activities, encompassing mobilization and demobilization efforts.
Offering crucial support in project control initiatives, including cost reporting, scheduling, project structure establishment, accounting system set-up, and field progress tracking.
Active participation in project, corporate, and risk review meetings, including the preparation, presentation, and distribution of meeting minutes.
Assisting in subcontractor and supplier invoicing processes.
Establishing and managing project documentation and filing systems.
Fulfilling any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
2 years of experience in restoration, construction, or construction management (preferred).
Basic knowledge of standard building and construction processes (preferred).
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage high work volumes and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Empathy and directness in guiding customers through the challenging experience of property damage due to water, mold, or fire.
Strong organizational skills for task lists and job progress tracking.
