About the position:
As a Med Tech/Care Partner you will be responsible for assisting residents in a variety of ways including but not limited to:
Medication administration bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting and incontinence care, cueing, general oversight, monitoring, and directional services.
Provides assistance with medications and treatments at the direction of Resident's medical providers laundry services for residents and their rooms.
Assists with activity schedule programs as required or needed.
Document care services as required on a routine basis.
Chart resident events and care needs on a daily basis as required for smooth continuation of care.
Attends to residents in need of care immediately to ensure each resident is comfortable, clean and safe.
Responds to resident needs which may not be within the basic functions of his/her position.
All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or management personnel.
Qualifications:
