Job Description:
Are you an experienced Operating Room Nurse with a passion for surgical care? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled OR Nurse to join our team in Coos Bay, Oregon, for a 13-week contract.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of acute hospital nursing experience.
Circulating experience in General, Orthopedic, Urology, OB/GYN, ENT, and Robotics procedures.
Strong Orthopedic experience is a plus.
Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
Oregon nursing license in good standing.
Up-to-date knowledge of COVID-19 protocols and safety measures.
Willingness to participate in on-call duty for 4-5 shifts a month.
Availability to work some weekends as required.
Responsibilities:
As an Operating Room Nurse, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing care and support in the operating room.
Your primary duties will include but are not limited to:
Preparing the operating room and ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are ready.
Assisting the surgical team during procedures, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.
Monitoring patients before, during, and after surgery.
Administering medications and maintaining accurate patient records.
Adhering to infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols.
Collaborating with the surgical team to provide a seamless and efficient surgical experience.
