Qualifications:
BS/BA in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of manufacturing/processing costing experience preferred.
Must have excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office applications.
Sage X3 is a plus.
Experience with Excel tables.
Excellent analytical skills, sound understanding of accounting principles.
Ability to accurately prepare reports for management and for operations leadership.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
Interpersonal skills (ability to work with all levels from hourly to management).
Job
Summary:
Establish comprehensive costing processes for the Company's production operations to facilitate improved measures of efficiency and analysis of production and inventory cost variances.
Perform reconciliations of the various Inventory, WIP and other accounts as assigned.
Job Duties:
Analyzing raw materials, manufacturing methods, and services provided, to determine effects on cost.
Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
Create and maintain product IDs, review and update standard costs as needed for each product ID and inventory site.
Maintain Cost Accounting System, including new creation and maintenance of Bill of Materials (BOMs) in coordination with production management.
Develop and maintain reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products.
Assist in Month End close of the General Ledger, including the WIP Finalization process and analysis of manufacturing variances, identify issues and determination the proper corrective actions.
Special projects as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.

Examine documents, materials, and products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications.
Follow all SOPs in a given area.
Perform all other duties as assigned by Manager and/or designee.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
