Wage:
$20 - $24/hr.
Scheduled Work Hours:
Mon - Fri - 8:
00 am to 5:

Position Summary The Program Assistant has a pivotal, multi-faceted role, providing high-level administrative support to the Property Management program.
This position will report directly to the Asset and Property Management Associate Director at Catholic Charities Housing Services (CCHS).
This position requires detail-oriented organization and communication.
Primary duties include program coordination, administrative assistance and problem solving.
The Program Assistant is a crucial member of the team, enabling senior management to focus on strategic responsibilities by managing administrative tasks and maintaining a well-organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Prepares reports Presentations and documents Assists with data analysis as needed Maintains communication with program participants, stakeholders, and partners.
Meeting Support:
Arranges and prepares for meetings.
Taking Minutes Following up on action items Confidentiality:
Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information and handles it with the utmost discretion Information Management:
Organizes and maintains digital and physical files Ensures quick retrieval of information.
Problem-Solving:
Anticipates and addresses administrative challenges and finds solutions to streamline processes Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

Non-Physical Requirements:
Education High School Diploma required BA/BS from an accredited college or university, preferred.
Experience Minimum of 2 years proven working experience in administrative assistance, property management, or project management Special Skills Ability to work independently Ability to take initiative and problem-solving skills Customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently as part of a team Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Ability to receive general instruction and supervision High level of professionalism Willingness to travel (occasionally, generally in state) Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required Licensure, Registration, Certification Valid Washington State driver's license and minimum required liability insurance for WA State Employment is conditional upon:
Being cleared by criminal background check and fingerprinting when required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
