Bilingual required:
English/Spanish Applicant must be proficient in English and Spanish and will be required to interpret between therapists and patients.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Assisting Physical Therapists with patient modalities, scheduling patients, checking patient insurance benefits, greeting/checking-in patients, interpreting for patients as well as office cleaning and laundry.
Computer skills:
Intermediate (candidate needs to be comfortable learning new computer applications).
Candidate must possess multi-tasking skills, work well under pressure, and be capable of prioritizing duties.
Attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
Once trained, should work independently and without direction.
A team player is essential, our office operates like a family.
Looking to fill position by December 15, 2023.
Job Type:
Full Time, Monday-Thursday (Hours Vary, within range of 830am-7pm), Rotate Half-Day Fridays (9am-1pm).
Candidate must be available for all hours of operation.
