Financial Produces and tracks all co-op advertising invoices to manufacturers.
Maintains department monthly income and expenses for manager.
Keep monthly and yearly record of expenses/earnings Maintain store budgets Invoice, Budget, Spreadsheet/chart upkeep, EOMs Administrative Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail.
Orders mail machine supplies, and adds funds to machine.
Distributes weekly Newsletter for Sales Team.
Assemble, pack and ship small packages.
Creates and prints all office memos.
Designs and prints all office forms.
Routes and distributes office birthday cards.
Maintains customer email and mailing information in contact database.
Maintains company directory.
Creates PowerPoint presentations for managers.
Proof documents, data entry, filing, mailings, and other general office duties.
Practices good customer service skills.
Maintains tasks and deadlines on Team calendar.
Manages project and promotional schedules.
Assists with all projects and administrative duties related to events including EXPO.
Print/Production Produces and ships annual catalog.
Makes service calls for equipment.
Maintains inventory and orders supplies through manager.
Trains and oversees temporary workers.
Requests technical support for printers and mail machine.
Marketing/Advertising Coordinates all aspects of Annual Price Sensitive update, layout, printing, shipping, and billing.
Manages all aspects of Retailer Monthly Ad Program.
o Production calendar o Communicates with participants to meet deadlines o Confirms quotes with participants o Designs custom back page of ads for participants o Designs posters and price cards o Prints, cuts, folds ads and price cards o Packages and ships to participants Coordinate Print and Digital Circular Program o Prepare, email and mail selling materials for ads o Follow up with salesmen and customers o Organize all circular orders o Schedule printing hours for Yakima Herald o Prepare Printing and Shipping orders o Designs posters and price cards o Coordinate shipping and distribution with Shared Mail, Solo Mail, and Newspapers o Ensure all deadlines are met to get circulars in consumer home on time Posts ads to retailer websites.
Collaborates with marketing team with creative ideas for marketing.
Design/Page Layout Page layout, prep and print books for annual EXPO.
