Central Washington Family Medicine:
a service of CHCW has an opening for a full time, temporary Medical Receptionist to provide front office coverage in a busy outpatient clinical setting.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.
Responsibilities include:
Providing excellent customer service while answering multi-line telephones, Checking patients in/out Scheduling appointments Registering new patients, insurance verifications and accepting payments.
Other clerical duties may be assigned.
Medical benefits and sick leave are included.
Qualifications:
Qualified applicants are reliable, detail oriented, team players.
HS Diploma/GED required.
Prior medical office experience is desirable.
Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred and a plus!.
Pre-employment drug screen is required.
