$50,000 - $65,000 base salary

This role may be eligible for annual bonus and annual merit increase, as well as long term compensation.

Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors.

How You'll Perform the Role In this role, you will provide IT support for our Novolex staff.
This position will include maintenance, analysis, problem solving, hardware and software installations, and act as point of contact for IT issues in your designated business unit.
You will be responsible for administration and internal support of the company's PCs, printers, servers, company phones and related equipment.
Essential Functions & Key
Responsibilities:
Provide IT tech support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received both in person and through our ticketing system Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc.
for the local workstation Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software Assist with onboarding of new users Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses Perform systems deployments in a timely manner for both new hires and equipment replacements Create, update, and administer users in Active Directory Participate in Major Incident management and problem management with a focus on communication, workaround, and resolution for the end users Provide first level support for printers, RF scanners, and all end user peripherals What We Need From You Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent logic and problem solving skills Ability to work under deadlines.
Ability to communicate with people at all levels of an organization in a professional manner Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Bachelor's Degree in Information System or 3
