Training and Program Supervisor Summary The primary role of the Program Manager is the management of client planning, including all person-centered plans in compliance with State and Federal regulations.
This position is a strong advocate for all of Kittitas Interactive Management (KIM) clients.
The Program Manager oversees program management for client services.
Must be able to work out of our Yakima office once a week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Implement and evaluate individualized programs for clients, Including:
Treatment team plan Functional assessments and Safety Plan Implementing and overseeing PBSP's Implementing and managing IISP's Assist with client's ID processes including:
o Food Assistance application o Social Security Cards o State ID o Birth Certificate Manage the development and implementation of Individual Program Plans (i.
e.
, Inventory Updates, POC data changes, IFP data changes, etc).
Patriciate in treatment team meetings, including all coordination between KIM, clients, client guardians, DDA, therapist, and other interested parties.
Supervise all monthly charting and revising of calendars done by Training and Program Supervisors.
Manage all data collecting of KIM client information regarding client planning.
Manage client planning paperwork that involves guardians/legal representatives.
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with client matters relative to organizational functions.
Treat client information carefully and confidentially maintaining privacy and security at all times.
Be honest with all KIM parties, providing them clear, complete, and factual information.
Acknowledge the needs, wants, and rights of clients with dignity and respect.
Be aware and abide by all agency policies, procedures, and practices.
Oversee compliance of treatment team and therapist documentation.
Assist case resource manager with development of CSCP.
Report promptly instances of injuries, behaviors, abuse, and safety hazards, etc.
to the proper chain of command.
Oversee incident report, non-medical and healthcare related issues.
Patriciate in Household configuration, and intake or transition of clients regarding client planning.
o Community Protection Site Approvals Assist in the management of fundraising events.
Participate in community events and programs that help improve the quality of life for the individuals that we support.
Education and Experience Minimum age of 18 years.
Current criminal background check, cleared by DSHS before working alone, unsupervised with clients.
Valid driver's license or Washington State ID.
Bachelor Degree desired, but not required.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Capability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
Exercises time management skills to manage multiple high priority projects.
Ability to gain the trust and confidence of the executive and management team.

Ability to operate related computer applications (i.

Your Work Place Internally, work is normally performed in a home setting, where exposure to conditions of extreme heat/cold, poor ventilation, and fumes are very limited.
Noise level is moderate and may include sounds of normal house hold equipment (furnaces, telephones, etc.
).
No known environmental hazards are encountered in the normal performance of job duties.
