Job Description:
Manage incoming customer orders Ensure orders are placed in a timely and accurate fashion Manage all aspects of order fulfillment Work collaboratively with team members to ensure processes are followed and deadlines are met Meet and exceed high-speed delivery expectations Perform inventory control procedures to include order allocation, cycle counting, etc Use independent judgement and decision making to ensure operations and quality of service are met Manage supplier and vendor communication
Qualifications:
Previous order management experience Ability to navigate a computer and various software systems well Data entry and keyboard skills are highly desired Must be able to work scheduled hours, flexible hours during peak seasons Strong work ethic and focus, with desire to learn and take pride in work Desire to work in fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 70lbs on a regular basis Industry knowledge is a plus, but not required Benefits include:
