- Greet and check-in patients at Front Desk, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere - Assist with patient service, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and addressing patient inquiries - Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization - Assist the Providers with patient assessments, including taking vital signs, supervising rehabilitation exercises and recording medical history - Provide support during treatments, perform phlebotomy services, following the instructions of the provider - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with privacy regulations - Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and insurance billing -Perform marketing tasks by responding immediately to potential patients who have requested a consultation with the doctor.
This role requires you to have a clinic provided cell phone with you after hours.
You receive a $15 bonus for every consult that you schedule and that also arrives in the office.
Experience:
- Phlebotomy and previous experience as a chiropractic or medical assistant, or in a similar healthcare setting is preferred - Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy is required to assist with patient assessments and treatments - Familiarity with medical terminology is necessary to accurately document patient information - Excellent interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service to patients - Strong organizational skills to manage appointment scheduling and administrative tasks effectively Job Type:
