Dentures only location - Scope of Work:
- Extractions Full mouth and surgical
- Dentures (impressions, adjustments, relines full lab ands staff on-site)
- Implants (not required but desired)
- Implants restoration
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
- WA state license
- DEA
- BLS
- EMR:
