50 an hour TESTING CENTER EXAM PROCTOR JOB DESCRIPTION To provide assistance with the administration and proctoring of professional computerized exams to candidates at the Brainseed Testing Center, Yakima, WA.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Work with Test Center Administrator in creating and maintaining policies, practices and procedures for Test Center and identifying areas of improvement.
Perform daily Testing Center opening and closing procedures.
Perform basic technical support to fix issues related to the technology within the Testing Center.
Provide customer support to front-end users of testing software.
Assist Testing Center Administrator with scheduling all tests based on a committee agreement that will service all colleges.
Understand testing requirements for exam sponsor and perform quality and security checks of all exams prior to examination time.
Ensure any special instructions/materials, etc.
for exams are followed/available.
Assist Testing Center Administrator with creating, printing and posting seating assignments for exams.
Check-in examinees and verify identification.
Explain exam process, ask examinees to place all personal belongings in a personal locker.
Direct examinees to assigned seat, help examinees begin the exam, monitor examinees, and provide technical assistance during examination time.
Assist Testing Center Administrator with running exam results reports after each exam and forwarding to exam sponsor.
Maintain clean and safe Testing Center environment.
This includes daily reorganization of the room and coordinating proper cleaning requirements with the cleaning service.
Maintain Testing Center supplies.
Able to pass training and testing (quizzes) necessary to become a test administrator for multiple testing services.
Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or
Experience:
Pursuing or possessing at least an Associate's degree (A.
A) or equivalent from an accredited two-year College/Technical school.
No experience required.
Computer Skills:
Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with networking and creating/maintaining web sites is a plus.
