The House Manager helps provide a healthy and safe environment for women and their children in a residential recovery environment by ensuring consistent follow through with policy and procedures and demonstrating a caring attitude. He or she must want to be part of a team, must be able to maintain a good rapport with patients, and must have excellent communication skills. A representative list of duties and responsibilities is outlined below.
The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in a position with similar duties, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. He or she must be able to maintain written records and interact appropriately with patients, staff, and others. In addition, he or she must maintain patient privacy and confidentiality while both on and off duty. Fluent English speaking and writing skills and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
