What you'll be doing:
Personal Lines Sales Executives work with dynamic teams to grow our new and existing Personal Insurance business. We will give you the tools to research the needs of our clients/prospects and identify challenges that they are facing or could be facing. You will learn to preset compelling data and information to illustrate the clients' challenges and propose meaningful solutions to help them become more efficient and profitable.
As a Personal Lines Risk Advisor, you will:
Design and recommend coverage's to clients that identify the client's needs, gaps in coverage, and loss exposures.
Increase established book of business through organic growth.
Actively support and incorporate our company mission and core values into your daily activities.
Participate in the development of annual sales objectives.
Work with a dynamic team to achieve profit center goals and overall company goals.
Demonstrate positive customer service skills, internally and externally, with effective communication, respect, and integrity.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify and act on cross sell opportunities with existing clients within the organization.
Actively participate in organization initiatives and support core values; including but not limited to driving and promoting community involvement of others.
What we need from you:
Four year college degree and/or equivalent business experience preferred
Ability to obtain a state insurance license
A consultative mindset-the ability to discover what our clients need and provide them with innovative solutions.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
