Ability To Do The Work Of The Position Without More Than Normal Supervision of a Range Maintenance Worker Motor Vehicle Operator (MVO) / Fork Lift Operator (FLO) performing required preventive maintenance for ranges, training areas, and training facilities; inspects and assists in target maintenance and repair, performs grounds and range maintenance tasks, and operates vehicles and rough terrain forklift; performs general labor tasks as needed and operates small power tools; general maintenance such as grass cutting, clean target pits, reshape target berms, clear training areas, and remove debris from training ranges. 10-Point Other Veterans? Ability To Do The Work Of The Position Without More Than Normal SupervisionAbility to Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc. (includes blueprint reading)Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and EquipmentKnowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation, Repair, etc.Technical Practices (theoretical, precise, artistic)Use of Measuring Instruments Employee exerts very heavy physical effort in frequently lifting, carrying, and moving range maintenance equipment, supplies, and other items weighing up to23 kilograms (50pounds). Objects weighing over 50 pounds are handled with assistance of other employees or with lifting and/or carrying equipment. Work involves continuous walking, bending,moving and reaching. Works outside in all kinds of weather and temperature extremes, and inside in areas that may be dusty, drafty, dirty, and noisy. Employee is frequently exposed to the possibility of cuts, bruises, muscle strains, sprains, and to occasional chance of serious injury (e.g.,broken bones, back injury, etc.). Special care must be exercised to avoid serious injury while using powered tools and equipment. Employee must follow established safety procedures and use appropriate protective clothing and/or equipment to minimize hazards in the work area. Some work sites are remote and have no facilities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
