Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element):
Ability to do the work of an Target Systems Worker without more than normal supervision. I have the ability to perform common Target System Worker (MVO) duties. I can use various power tools and equipment while performing ground maintenance such as cutting grass/weeds and clearing debris. I work under normal supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed.- Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. Ability To Do The Work Of The Position Without More Than Normal Supervision (Screen-out Element)Ability to Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc. (includes blueprint reading)Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and EquipmentKnowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation, Repair, etc.Technical Practices (theoretical, precise, artistic)Use of Measuring Instruments Requires frequent lifting, positioning and carrying target mechanisms, tools and equipment up to 90 pounds. Items weighing in excess of 90 pounds normally involve more than one person. Requires frequent bending, stooping, walking, standing and working in cramped positions. Requires prolonged standing on concrete floors and walking over rough and uneven terrain, walking across severe terrain is considered normal. Must possess near normal hearing to hear commands given during range firing and to hear abnormal sounds of malfunction or failure of equipment. Works inside and outside during all types of weather conditions. Works inside in dusty,drafty, noisy and heated and unheated areas. Works around military combat and tactical wheel and track vehicles and heavy equipment during live fire operations. Exposed to danger of live fire ranges, pyrotechnics and lasers. Exposed to the possibility of abrasions,cuts, burns, electrical shock, snakebites, and skin irritants from poisonous plants. Hearing protective devices and other safety device equipment will be issued or available for use.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
