Assistant Yakima River Basin Water Enhancement Project Manager

The primary duties of this position are:
Provides supervision for project managers Coordinates with external and internal stakeholders to implement basin-scale ecosystem restoration project Coordinates implementation of large scale water resource infrastructure projects including fish passage and water supply Monitors and tracks progress of scope, schedule and budget of projects In order to be rated as qualified for this position, the HR Office must be able to determine that the applicant meets thespecialized experience requirement - this information must be clearly supported in the resume. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 in Federal service. Specialized experience at this level is defined as experiences such as:
leading, coordinating, or participating on multidisciplinary teams; planning and implementing water resource infrastructure with an emphasis on construction management, engineering, environmental compliance or permitting; assisting with multi-agency coordination and partnering on restoration or enhancement of lands or long-term management of land and water; or participating in the development and construction of new projects such as fish passage at storage dams. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Applicants will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
