I tested this item for myself and determined that you have to hold the power button down for 3-5 seconds and this device will operate without issue. If you press it for 1 to 2 seconds item will light up and then power off. Must hold power button down for 3-5 seconds for item to operate. Ships within 1 business day.

1 of the tires has good tread, the other 3 have poor tread. They can be used as a "spare" tire for emergencies, or you can mount your winter tires on the rims in time for winter instead of having to pay each time you have your mechanic mounts or removes your snow tires. $30 for the wheel with good tread, $15 each for the others, or $60 for all 4....
